I decided to start the gym because I was out of shape and want a muscular body.

So, I started Gym but the very first day it was paining unbearable. And my mind was resisting me from exercising because of my arms, biceps, shoulders, leg and back was panning and my elbow wasn’t even getting into the 180-degree position because of the veins of forearm stretched during the workout. Additionally, I wasn’t able to do some daily works like brushing teeth because of muscles that were started stretching out in the forearm and shoulder. I was like I just want a whole day rest.

But I had known it will always going to hurt in starting because my body was not habitual of the thing I have started doing in the Gym and so I try to calm my mind and let him know that “Pain is temporary but quitting is permanent” and “you should complete what one’s started”.

And after a fortnight pain was gone from every part of the body but in the process, it will going to hurt a lot because i have to lift more weight for a well-built body as well as my muscles were started growing, and I knew this by measuring my biceps and chest size 2 weeks before and now, and it was 1.5 and 1 inches respectively bigger in size.

So from that, I observed that always starting will going to be too difficult no matter which field you have chosen it will going to hurt and which is inevitable. But I also get that at the end of the day it’s all worth it.

Remember start is painful and it is fact, we just have to had patience, hope and belief in ourselves. We always talk about why we stop that business or why we are here right now and we can be at the top position but won’t because at that time the most dominant thing we lack was patience and hope in ourselves and believe that we are capable of achieving more than our thoughts.

Lastly, I want to aware you before starting anything that, remember pain is going to be there at every moment once you decided to start something but starting will going to be more painful, it will also break you mentally. The only thing you can do is to make it as your friend and to walk with it and not arguing about why this always happens with you only. Hello, remember it will always going to happen when you will start anything so be prepared for it before starting something.

Guys, this is what I learned from going to the gym. And I think today you also get why only a few people are successful in their life and the majority aren’t.

Stay tuned there is more to elaborate on this and linking blog is coming soon.
